Overview
‍Banks used a legacy CMS to manage their marketing websites.

Challenge
‍The legacy CMS was outdated & lacked the scalability needed to support multiple banking clients. Banks struggled with managing content, and the system required extensive developer involvement for even minor updates.

Solution
‍I collaborated closely with dev to create reusable components & 10 templates, allowing non-technical users to manage their websites more efficiently & with greater flexibility.‍

Results
A 300%+ increase in annual recurring revenue within the first 6 months of launch, 3 new clients, 23 client migrations, and 60+ clients in the pipeline in the first year.
